Need advice on engine setup.

I've almost ready to have my rebuild done. I don't want to modify the engine too much to keep it reliable. This is my plan:

Streetported Rebuild - $2100
HKS Intake - got it
Bonez Downpipe and Hi-flow cat - $350
Aftermarket single muffler - got it
Walbro Fuel Pump - $150
Apex S-AFC - $330

Does that sound right? The intake and Exhaust equal more airflow -> the Walbro pump provides more fuel -> the S-AFC controls the fuel mixture.

Now, I need something to control fuel cut. I have a Racing beat FCD, but I hit fuel cut several times at the track so I assume it's not working. The previous owner installed it so it might have broken by now. Any suggestions on what to replace it with?

Also, should I go with the streetport for this setup or just keep it normal?

TIA
