need advice
ok i found a 91 rx7 that has a brand new motor, it is from Hase rotory in Washington. It has a stage 2 street port, 3 mill apex seals, tappered excenteric shaft and higher oil pressure for higher rpm. it has a racing beat header and pre silencer, braided stainless oil cooler lines, light weight flywheel and act clutch.
most of this is from the sellers description. it also needs a windshield. from what the seller told me its been sitting for a while the body and interior are very clean. what i'm worried about is the engine was not sealed up properly. should i go after this and just tear down the engine or does anyone have any advice on this situation? the engine was never started.

was a project car that was never finished. they bought the engine and put it in with the new parts. they just never finished hooking everything back up. couple of vacuum, lines, injectors, electrical connectors, exhaust, and radiator.
did find this on here too if this is that company i think a full tear down might be a good idea.
