Arrow name this tank

ok i have this small tank in the top passenger corner of my engine bay. it appears to contain antifreeze but the 2 hoses coming into/out of it are not connected to anything at all. What is it? should i remove it, or find where to hoses go? pics included.

That's the cold start assists tank. USELESS. Even mazda says so. You can get rid of it and cap off where the hoses go. The black cylinder thingy is the charcoal/evap canister.

OK, I've been reading your posts for the last few weeks. You need to start using the archives, searching, and reading the manuals (Haynes and factory shop). 99% of the questions you have asked are common items.
