NA on turbo transmission
Hello. I just tried to put a T2 (EVERYTHING, engine, tranny, rear end)) into my na 88 gtu. I come to find out that 1 rotor has 75 compression and 1 has 80. I pulled both the bottom spart plugs and turned her over to hear an uneven beat. This I Would think means that it is bad correct? I cant get it to idle correctly after trying everything.
Anyways, I just want to throw my NA motor in there for now cause I need a working car. Anything special I will need to do? I have the NA flywheel and clutch. Is that where the switch between the two will happen is at the flywheel? Will I need to use the NA flywheel and clutch or what?
Thanks.

well ... weirdly the car came back 2 life. (the turbo motor) I turned the bac screw all the way out and then turned the idle screw in the back of the motor up hella. The car idled and I almost died. It was a 2500 rpm idle but it was an idle. I slowly dropped the idle screw down little by little, till now I have a 1000 rpm idle.
Its weird though, I hit the gas, and it revs up after a little bit of hesitation, but when the rpms drop back down, it goes to 500, then bounces up to 1000 and back down to 500 a couple times, backfires, and then goes back to holding idle at 1000. Any ideas?
(PS. im going to post this somewhere else, but im saying this because I think I can keep the t2 motor for a little while!!) THANKS guys for the help, if I Cant get the t2 to be stable, I will know what to do to put in the NA back in. (THANKS!)
