NA turbo conversion

OK i founda volvo turbo at the wreckers, can get it for $200 or so, and intercooler too.

Does anyone know what size that turbo is? it looks decent size, is it enough flow for 5-6 lbs on a rotary?

So i've got a NA 13b mazda and i want to put a turbo on it, what might i need? Im thinking the following:

Exhaust manifold, either modified stock or custom for volvo turbo.
Does TII mani. bolt up to 6port NA motor? Or do i need custom?

Turbo.

FMIC, volvo or starion.

550+ cc secondary injectors.

bigger primary also?

Boost controller - How do i set the internal wastegate to open at the right pressure? Probably will need major porting to work right...

A place to get oil supply to turbo, oil lines.

BOV, saab or other bosch?

intake piping, exhaust piping.

Boost gauge, a/f gauge, egt gauge

Anything else, and is it feasable?

My car is in decent shape, engines got 80 000km so if it would come out to under $2k it would be worth it to me.

Talking I've got a got for sale

Hey man, I had a kit that I made for mine on my car for about
a year and ahalf and recently sold it.
But I do have another one and is way less than $2,000
It's from HAVOC a turbo kit thing me and my friend had going.
Anyways I have one complete kit left.
Comes with
REBUILT hitachi turbo
exhaust manifold and adapter
oil lines and fittings
downpipe with o2 sensor bung welded in
Vortech 10:1 FMU (fuel management unit)
1g eclipse BOV crushed (pretty loud )
and an autometer silver face/silver bezel boost gauge.
But no intercooler, unless you want one for extra though.
Without the intercooler my friend was running really friggin
nice at 8psi and pullin on stock SS's, but not recomended.
Should stay under 7 non intercooled, but now he blew the motor
at 18psi down the track on the second run
If you are interested email me at VteEater@hotmail.com
Sorry for it being this long
See ya

BTW that volvo turbo is way to small, youll over spin it in no time, and it will basically be a paperweight

If you use 550cc for primaries you might run rich at idle if you keep the stock n/a ecu. I know because I have an 87 turbo converted with n/a ecu it runs great!!!! But I had to stick with stock n/a injectors for primaries, I do have Blue 720cc injectors for secondaries...
