@WondrousBread I purchased 6 and would be here in 3 weeks.
what direction do you install them?
Good question, it's been awhile. I think I installed them with the flat side out.
One thing to keep in mind if your intake is still on the car is to not rotate the rods when installing. Make not of the orientation when you pull the rod out, and install it in the same orientation. I believe they only want to fit on one way, but better safe than sorry.
High temp grease Old seal. Flat side toward motor. This waher does not seal or stay put completely. I think using permanent high temp threadlocker will keep it in its place.
Thanks for this info, found them on Ali and ordered. Can i replace without removing the lim? really don't want to, but will if necessary.
disregard, I saw where @WondrousBread said if still on the car not to rotate the shaft. Shout out to @Spider2k for finding these.
Love this site for finding things like this. Its getting harder and harder to find parts. For some reason on the rear port, it back the screws out. Crazy. see my thread on it for a video.
Quick dumb question since my screws fell out and my clip was loose. What’s proper order? Seal, clip, washer bracket which is what I think. Or seal washer clip bracket which doesn’t seem correct to me.
Hi everyone
I found the black seals to replace the old ones, I forgot what type of rubber they are! My question is about what is the best grease to coat all the parts with?
One reply said "high temp grease", which is??? I have some moly grease, and some white lithium grease, which would perform better over time?
I am trying to do everything I can to prevent the 5th & 6th aux ports from sticking over time. During assembly is the only time that these parts will get lubricated, so I want to do the best I can.
I took two engines apart last year and on one of them the "C" washers were worn to pieces, and the other ones were only half the thickness of the groove in the shaft! The washers were in fine shape and the seals were all ruined. So, the order of assembly from outside to inside is: "C" washer in its groove on the shaft, round metal washer, then the rubber seal with the groove side towards the metal washer.
I am hoping that by using 1 oz. per gallon premix that these aux port components will stay functioning for many years.

Your input is appreciated, thanks!
I bought some Honda high temp urea grease for clutch components on my Acura because it's recommended in the manual (pivot ball, fork fingers, etc.), after changing the clutch again, I was surprised at how much was left and how good it worked, so I use it wherever and whenever high temp grease is called for (except brakes), regardless of vehicle manufacturer.
The stuff is pricy (dealer item) and the container has enough for maybe a hundred clutch jobs, stuff really lasts.
I know that silicone grease is prefered on disc brake slide pins, if your car is so equipped so, I would say it's relatively high temp.
I got to do replace the actuatot seals on a different LIM and just want to let people knew that the C clip goes in front of the washer.
correct me if im wrong. The order should be on a n/a 91
seal flat part facing motor - washer - C clip outside
