N318 Motor N322 ECU

I just got a J spec motor and the BAC valve says N318. My old motor the BAC valve said N322. So I guess my ECU is a N322. So what do i need to swap from the old motor to the new one? Shane from Rotary Works said I do not need to swap anything and that it should work fine as is. Any helpl is appreciated as I am kinda confused with all this stuff.

Thanks, its a S4 Jspec going in a S4 Turbo II. I have a 88 TurboII and the old motor said N322. The new Jspec says N318. What injectors did each one have? What sensors need to be changed if any? I just want to get everything lined up straight before I drop the motor in. I dont want to be chasing phantom problems. Thanks

On the whole, a bac's a bac is a bac a bac is a bac a bac is a bac a bac is a bac a bac is a bac a bac is a bac. Except some are located on the other side of the engine from some and some have idle adjustment screws and some don't. But the coil resistance is the same and the plug is the same and they are just really peachy keen, fine little valves and I just could not get along without mine. Don't worry 'bout the small stuff.

N318 is just another designation for s4 turbo like n332 or 333. Check your original boost sensor, bet it says 318 too, and it's a-spec. IT's all the same thing, really. Plug and play.
