I'll try to answer for ya:

Go with the single, the little bit of added flow that you'd get from the duals won't make any kind of noticeable difference. The little bit of weight that you'd save from the single won't make a noticeable difference either...BUT, the money that you'd save from getting the single over the duals would be enough to buy something else cool, that COULD make a difference!! You get what I'm saying???

I am not sure what searching techniques you use but it took me 3 minutes to compile this list of pervious threads. You can't search for n1 duals with the forum search engine...less than 3 characters (n1). So you could search for apexi and dual. Yeilds results

I have the n1 dual with a 2.5" DP to a Bonez hi flow cat. It is loud as hell. It will make car alarms give you warnings and it is the loudest exhaust I have heard out side of Virginia International Raceway. I wear ear plugs on long trips. I wish the silencers were available!!!

However, it sounds SWEETTTTTT!!!!

ya silencers are avaliable. i dont know what that guy is talking about. i think the exhaust (dual) that is is a waste of money. 300$ more for a exhaust that hardly flows if not at all better than the single.

Yeah, I had ordered the silencers from Jason at the RX-7 Store and they were backordered for about 4 months! I canceled my order. And called Rotary Performance at rx-7.com. They don't have them and are backordered. If someone knows where I can buy them...please tell me!

I have the dual n1 becuase I like the dual configuration. I have the silencers which make it easy on the ear for street driving. ON the track I take them out for more flow.
Here is a video of me racing with my new exhaust. I have a 2.5 down pipe and racing beat presilencer.

Apexi GT single exhaust. RP claims its their highest flowing exhaust system. stainless steel, light, and not overly pricey.

if not go N1 single...cheaper, and the piping is almost identical

the GT-Spec is a really great exhaust system. i would go with that before going with the n1 or n1 duals. my friend with a supra has it and that exhaust is wicked.

actually........... the N1 starts at 2.5 and flares to 3.4 inches right before the muffler (at least mine does). i think the GT is just more of a constant increase along that path...
