I was wondering if I can replace my turbo front side iron with an N/A front side iron. also, does the series matter? (i.e. switch s4 turbo iron with s5 N/A iron) thanks.

there isn't any mod that I could do to make an N/A front side housing work with the other 2 housings being the turbo ones? I'm doing my first rebuild but the front side housing has a blown coolant wall. my brother has a N/A parts motor so I was wondering.
I have heard that people put stock turbo manifolds on N/A's by modding the gasket and intake manifold but if I'm using 2 turbos and 1 N/A side housings I am not sure I could just modify that one port. anyone know about that and if maybe I can make that work?

damn. oh well. I can't find a cheap enough front turbo housing to make it worth while for me. I may as well just get a used t2 engine longblock and through that in. after I buy the cheapest USED housing I have found (250), all the seals, rings, etc for the rebuild, AND I need to buy the turbo with manifold, downpipe, and intercooler, I well be well over the 1000 price range I can get a used t2 motor only for. thanks for the help guys, but I think I'm gonna sell all the parts. the rotors and e-shaft have been cleaned and ready for rebuild as will be the other 2 side housings before I sell. at least I can make more then I paid for the whole thing I guess.
