n/a to turbo conversion

Hi all !!. Kinda' new to the rotarys, and I was wondering if anyone has done a N/A to turbo conversion. I'd like to hear if anyone has, pitfalls P.I.T.A'S ETC.... Its going into an 88 rx7 GTU w/House of color paint(I only gave $300.00 for the car) w/a oil burning engine.Thanks for your input.
