oh Come on now!..do it RIGHT!..Sell the N/A and BUY a TII!..Seriously..if you are going TII from N/A,and you Know Squat about Rotaries, the 'best' option in My Opinion is to get a JDM engine and have it rebuilt,by someone Like Kevin Landers.,or Atkins Rotary..I,Myself have an N/A and have had it for a Couple years Now.Since I am "financially Challenged",I am getting Parts together,Slowly.I am Putting in the TII Trans,Clutch/Light flywheel, and using a Conversion shaft.Next it is the Rest of the Drivetrain. Then Buying the engine.Follow that By having it Rebuilt and THEN installing it!..mind you I will have MORE into the car than what a TII is worth, but this way I get to drive the car as much as Possible, with little downtime...good luck in any case.

All of this is well covered in the FAQ. There are links to multiple methods (both swapping in the TII drivetrain and turbocharging the NA engine) with detailed writeups.
This is the most often asked question on this forum.
The FAQ, Archives and search (in that order) should all be tried before asking a question.
