n/a rebuild into turboII
is it possible to take an S4 or S5 n/a 13B and rebuild it and turn it into a turboII? and is the cost any different from rebuilding a turboII from the beginning?

BTW I would use them if you have the option. Kevin Landers is an excellent guy who rebuilt my TII engine for my swap. He builds excellent engines and I recommend him to everyone I can.
