IN N/A fuel system vs. TURBO fuel system???

is there a difference between the turbo and n/a fuel systems other than the fuel pump, injector size, fuel rails, and pressure regulator?

if so, can somebody tell me what i need for the turbo setup other than the TII fuel pump, TII injectors, and TII fuel rails with regulator? i think i might be missing something...

i was reading on a rotary site that on turbo models there is a fuel pump resistor and relay setup that makes the fuel pump work differently than the n/a fuel systems..............

this is why i ask.

That varies fuel pump voltage from 12V down to 9V at idle and low-load. It's not needed, and you won't have anywhere to connect it on an S4 NA.

Good timing for a somewhat related question. My fuel pump on my S4 GXL gave up the ghost and I think I have a TII pump lying around in my parts bins. Should it be a connect and go swap for the two?

I noticed that new OE-style replacements list both Turbos and NA 2nd-gen models for fitting so I'm leaning towards "yes."

Sure, it's a direct swap, and it won't create any noticeable issues (like FPR overrun walbro-style).
