There are severaly people in this forum, including myslef, executing this conversion...
Do a search- there's lots of threads recently about it.
I think it's much easier than swapping the while engine/tranny, ECU, and wiring harness!!!
If you have a TII, you already have most of the parts you need.
Swap the front housing from the TII on your N/A to get a feed for an oil line.
Put in the TII injectors and fuel pump
You need a spacer on the manifold 2.5 inches think to clear the intake manifold.
You should use a S-AFC to tone down the injectors a bit since you are using the stock, N/A ECU.

With the compresion the way it is (higher than the turbo engine)
You will only be limited in terms of max boost. On a daily driver with an aged engine I wouldn't go over 8-10psi. Use an intercooler, that'll help. ALso, bump the timing down a few degrees. If not, stick to 6 psi.
An FMU (fuel managment unit) will increase the fuel flow during boost, you may need one. (Not as expensive as they sound)

Downside to what your doing is the NA drive train is only good for about a 220-230 hp engine. You'll be breaking parts with anything higher. Also if youve got a T2 doner car do the tranny and rear sub frame swap, It sucks while actually doing it but its not that bad looking back on it. Just dont do it in the rain rebuild the T2 engine since the housings and such are stronger and the 4 port T2 engine is supposed to flow better. then plan on ypour car being down for 2-3 weeks cause there wiull be a zillion trips to autozone or pepboys for parts you have to replace. I helped Brad (rx7_ragtop) do his in his vert. Now that he has a house I expect a engine rebuilding/swapping party sometime afer it warms up
