I've got a '90 TII and last night I got home with a plume of steam coming out of the engine bay. There appeared to be coolant dripping from somewhere behind the turbocharger and it was landing on something hot causing the steam. It then stopped and I drove it again, and this time no leak. Then this morning I stopped to get coffee and it did it again. I waited for the leak to stop and then drove it to my mechanic, but it wasn't leaking anymore. He said there aren't any coolant lines in that area. Am I missing something? I could visibly see water or coolant dripping from somewhere onto my engine mount but I can't tell where it's coming from.
