its the rear wiper switch. I dont think it does anything, if you dont have the wiper. oh wait maybe rear defroster?

The rear defroster button is in the same palce as the emergency flasher just on the opposite side

^ cool, im having issues today lol. its been a while since i looked at my wiper-less cluster. I am guessing its just a plain place holder for what would be the rear wiper switch.

Yeah if its under the emergency flasher its where the button is for the rear wiper, if you have one, if not it does nothing, but i will say this, it looks better than having nothing there. Mine fell out and looks like crap lol
