my version of "Tina" wont start need HELP!

my specs are.
87 gxl
NA 13B (been sitting for about 4 months straight)
s4 turbo and 550cc injectors
TII ECU and pressure sensor
i have an un-hooked neo-AFC.
my turbo piping is routed directly to the intake with a twin chamber APEXI BOV
i've also relocated the wastegate actuator using the hood latch cable and some metal tabs.
i'll take some pics tommorrow to show how it looks.

this is total gayness.
what it does is turn over a few times, begins to catch than just drops off and dies.
i had a small leak in the exhaust spacer so i took the TIM, LIM and the turbo off to check things out.
i put in a new exhaust gasket, poured some MMO in the ports.
i did an in-line two battery crank over. let it spin for a while to lube the engine up well enough.

i will clean off my plugs tommorrow and hopefully it'll do the job.
any advice on what i should do or troubleshoot will be very welcomed.
also, would hooking the neo-AFC help me in getting it to run properly
on all four 550cc injectors?
or would running the primaries as 440cc be better off?

well it just started a second ago, and i started freerevving it up to 4 grand gently.
it feels very rough either a very bad vacuum leak, or too much fuel?? not too sure.
when i let off and let it idle, the boost gauge was registering like a -15psi once i started revving it it would jump up to 0.
the turbo was spooling i looked at it while it was idling.
idle was somewhat rough.
i tried starting it again and back to the same issue, it seems to be flooded.
what about the timing, would i advance it or retard it at all to get it to function properly on the TII ecu?
here's a couple of pics i decided to take.

if anything, its upside down.
i flipped it so that i could use it otherwise the cable the plugs into it would hyper extend and probably rip itself off.

Yeah, the AFM is fine.
The first thing I would do is check the compression, or at least do a basic test where you pull a plug and listen for even pulses. After that, if it checks out, just deflood it and go from there.

your harness by the turbo looks like it could melt at any minute.

oh sh*t, thank for mentioning the harness, i did not even notice that at all.
i'll relocate that harness.. cant recall where it connects to at the moment tho.
as an update, i was able to start it, but it just feels soo rough and when i rev past 4 it begins to backfire and doesnt get past 5k or maybe i'm too afraid, not too sure which is which.
i will buy some plugs tommorrow and replace them see if that makes any difference.

I say do the plugs and wires if it's still rough check for a vaccuum leak somewhere.

those two nipples aren't needed since i hacked up the LIM so that the turbo would slide in. i jb welded the small bleed holes that would've bled out of there.
any other options.

UPDATE--

we just test ran the car.
i just remembered that they arent both 550cc,
i have one pair of 680cc. and they were on the primaries.
i swapped them out, put the 550cc in the primaries, and the 680s in the secondaries, drives okay.
the problem now is that it doesn't build ANY boost.
when the butterflies are closed it registers up to -20psi.
then just goes back to 0psi when i open the throttle.
it also falls into some sort of loop after a couple of minutes, it revs good then after a few minutes it falls into some sort of limp mode.

im not sure how your afm is going to respond since its susposed to be befor the turbo and your using it like a blowthrough type. dont know if it really matter or not, just a thought you know

well i dont seem to be having any problem with it at the moment, it feels normal.
nothing strange due to the location.
i'm actually very happy how it came out. great location, turboed or not. lets you use an aftermarked CAI or RAI

any reason why i'm not boosting?
on the contrary, its going negative up to -20psi.
and when i open the throttle it goes back up to or near 0psi.
would it be because of the wastegate not shutting all the way to build up boost.
i dont have the exhaust connected, just the dowpipe..
i bougth an OEM midpipe the connects the factory Y-pipe and the downpipe, but it just meet up.
dont know why since everything is OEM...

there's a link to a video of the car starting.

AFM needs to be "befoer" the turbo and is must be mounted horizontal (much like in the stock position). The -20 psi you see is vacuum, which is a very good thing (less likely to be a vacuum leak), this will naturally (immediately) drop to 0 when the throttle is opened..

The car may not build boost until you pull out some fuel. You have a lot of injector and the ECU will be hammering fuel into the engine when the secondaries come on.

Have you checked to see if all the charge piping is clamped down good? I see that you are not running an intercooler, How much pounds do you plan on running?

Also how is your wastegate connected to the wastegate flap? YOU WILL NOT BUILD BOOST IF YOUR FLAP IS NOT HELD CLOSED. When I was looking at the picture I dont get/see how you are going to build boost with the wastegate by the radiator... Unless you rigged it with a very strong rod and have it connected to the wastegate flat to the wastegate rod...

Other than that the good looks good.
