Vac Leak... maybe your block off plates are loose?

Whatever it is sounds like a big vac leak.

Fixed it.

Put the old injectors in......and she fires the first time.

Drive around the block, come home, spraying fuel everywhere from the top of the secondaries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pull off everything again (only takes 2 mins now), put new o-rings on the tops of the injectors, bolt everything back down.

Pressurize the system......NO LEAKS!!

Now she runs like a top.

Dammit.

We don't think the problem was with the injectors, but the pintle caps on the injectors. They were easily 2mm too long and I think interfering with the diffusers. The injectors test out fine.

Strange. I never really thought to look at the pintles when I installed them. Also, one had the correct one and 3 had incorrect ones.
