You know, swapping out the old clutch fan for e-fans and putting a TMIC there is really a stroke of brilliance. I really like that! Normally there's just a gigantic space there.

It may not be 100% ideal conditions, but for starters, there will be two fans blowing across it. It's also in the same location as the factory pseudo-ram air cold air intake. If you really wanted to, you could slot the hood latch mounting holes and run it up about 1/4" - 1/2" with taller hood stops and REALLY get some cold air going across it.

For anyone looking at aftermarket injectors, the cheapskate way to do it without buying new fuel rails is to shave down the plastic at the top of the Siemens Deka injectors. Then they fit in the stock fuel rail. This guy's probably going to need more fuel than the stock rails can handle though.

He is correct were going to be doing some ducting for the oil radiator and the intercooler. Were going to notch the hood down to get direct air to the intercooler

Yeah we were planning on fabbing a bunch up in the stock locations and selling them with upper and lower fuel rails.

Were going to fab one up seeing that using the stock one runs and fits just fine it also looks very ugly and grimmie, that's what changed our mines. Were all about clean and tighty and if were going think big we have to go big. LOL

If the old one fits fine, it might not be that expensive to just pick up a new one from Mazda - if it is, buy an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner or one of the parts cleaners that shakes parts through a media - I've cleaned enough crap on my car that I'll bet you can make it shine again, as long as it's not pitting or rusting.

Should be able to lay hands on one for about $100. They work really well for metals and hard plastics - soft plastics and rubbers you might want to test out first, because some things they'll blow little tiny pinholes in.
