My Tranny Dilemma

So I bought a car, it failed on the way back (the owner is paying for the fix so not anger at all).

Driving around 3-4k on freeway iono, shifted down to pass someone and boom no more gears. Only neutral, when clutch is out horrible sounds, when clutch is in it goes away. So that pretty much isolates the probably to the tranny behind the clutch.

I took out tranny and I'm in the process of swappng in another but waiting on a throw out bearing. When I took the old tranny out absolutely no fluid came out. Not even a drop. Soooo thats bad and explains why the tranny would fail haha.

So throw out bearing is like 25 bucks, what else should I pick up. And do you think theres anything else that might be the problem/a problem?

Does it make bad noises when you are in neutral and clutch out? I would check the master and slave cylinders also.

Is the clutch still in good condition? My friend told me his mechanic told him he lost a tooth on his pressure plate. He had a similar problem, not a 7 tho.
