I have posted before trying to get my TII to idle it tured out to be the air bypass valve solenoid was stuck shut.The only one I could get was off an non-turbo.The car now idles but at 1500 rpm so I tried to adjust it but really was not getting it to move.I'm really happy that it idles but a normal idle would be nice.

 

how were you trying to adjust it? with the stock configuration, you're supposed to tune the idle with the BAC valve screw

 

That the only place I know of to adjust it.
