Why is the exhaust routed out the driver's side? Seems odd...

for a single setup going out the left side allows a nearly 100% straight run from the down pipe back. Going out the right side would require a straight section with a jog right, then another jog around the corner of the gas tank.

I must be on crack or something...I could have swore my downpipe was on the passenger side....and going across the car to the drivers side would require more bend than staying on the passenger side. I'll look again tonight when I replace my turbo/manifold gasket.

I'm assuming that would be true except for...

Going out the right side would require a straight section with a jog right, then another jog around the corner of the gas tank.

hahahha. yea ill get some suspension here soon. wheres a good place to get intercooler cores for cheap? i find some on some import site 21 x 9x 3 but they were out of stock. the exhaust is corksport by the way and it doesnt have any crazy bends. most systems i see are drivers side exit. the catback is two piece and they both have slight bends in them nothing that will effect flow that dramatically.
