My T2 won't start

ok so the T2 won't crank at all, the lights won't even flip up ,nothing, the iginition bell doesn't even sound when the key is in I think it's because the battery is completely dead and I don't wanna waste money on a battery if it's not gonna fix the issue, I think it is cause the car ran fine, the battery had to be jumped occasionally but it would at least crank, the car has been sittin for almost a month now tho, I got an FD so I've been taking that out but I wanted to get the Fc up to get started on the turbo upgrade kit but this happend could it be something else besides the battery? help would be greatly appreciated don't really wanna spend money on something that doesn't fix the issue

There is a single spade connector (black) directly under the fuzebox in the engine bay. Probably got pulled out while you were dicking with the battery. Plug it back in. Dollars to Donuts.

Get some jumper cables and hook another car up to the battery on the T2. If it's the battery, then get a new one.

Dittos. If you can get the headlights to come up/down and shine, then follow RRTEC's instructions. You've just lost the feed to the ignition switch.
