ANY upgrade to the tails are RICE, even if it's S5 on and S4. If you are changing the tails it serves no real function except for looks. I think it's funny if someone put S5 tails on an S4 everyone talks about how sweet they are but if it's from another company it's RICE. It's all the same.

what does it matter what performance you don't get? i mean, i say there are certain "rice" upgrades, and putting teg tails on my seven isn't somethin i'd do, though i still want to se pics, but that doesn't matter. that's like telling me its ricey to want to repaint my car. or everyone with a body kit. i would like my car to look nice, so saying that spending money on looks is rice, i just can't agree with (of course to a certain extent, but i think you get my point). not all visual mods are rice.

So, hows your battery? Not still running a big ol one? Get a light weight one. A GIL or something.
-Windsheild washer system
-Windsheild wiper
-Headliners

yeah washers are gone and headliner is gone. My battery is actually heavier than stock since I have a yellow top for the electronics I use to have, BUT it sits over the rear wheels. The rear is so light the car raises about .75" when I lift the battery out! Wipers I need to keep though.

Also, 4 point harness suck, you can submarine right out from under them. It's really not safe. 5-point is the way to go.
You know... your right, but that 5th point gets me every time!!! Just dosent feel right! But will save your life!

Why would anyone remove a bumper? Are you going to run it on the street? If so I would never take out anything related to safety...
Good luck/skill
