Like it say's above its almost ready, after waiting about 6 months its amost ready. About 6 months ago i bought my friends 88se with a turbo 2 motor in it, he wanted 2000.00 for it so i thought thats cool cause the motor was new(it was in the car but not connected) so i finish up conecting every thing and finaly when i go to start the motor it doesn't even turn over. i was bumed so i told my friend and only paid him 700 for the whole thing.I had to wait a while to buy a rebuild but i finaly did, i also bought another car a 87 turbo II so i decided i would rather put the engien in its home well that set me back another 400. this guy I know said he would do the rebuild for 600, when he took it apart he said that every thing was rusted and that i would need new rotors well that set me back 250, so he said he started it wensday night and it has good compression but i need a starter and a clutch assemble that was about 200, i also bought a new clutch and turbo II rims 550. i also got a walbro 255 pump for 110.

I guess its more than the original price but for a new engien in a sence i think its a good deal. he also did a mild streetport for me.

as for mods am gonna leave it stock untill i get a computer prob a microtech, i made the tid but thats about it. if all goes to plan it should be ready to drive on friday.

How many miles should i put on it to break it in?
