UMM, THE FRONT TWO CLIPS ARE BROKE. THE BACK ONE IS FINE. BUT I HAVE TO TAKE MY SUNROOF OFF IF I WANT TO GET ON THE HIGHWAY, IT WILL BLOW OFF IF NOT. SOULD I GO AHEAD AND GET IT SILICONED? I REALLY DON'T WANT TO, BUT IT ALSO LEAKS WHEN IT RAINS, SO I DON'T GET TO DRIVE IT WHEN IT RAINS

Clips?..there aren't any clips on a factory sunroof!..it is bolted to two rails(right and left) on the car...Do you have a camera handy?,maybe take a pic of what you are trying to describe?..(and capital letters are not neccessary!)

If you are talking about the two 'arm' like things that hold the sunroof panel to the sliding assembly, then the only way to fix it is to replace the entire assembly. Or at least, that's the easiest way.

One of my sunroof arms had broken so it never closed properly without help. It would just stop half way. I replaced the sunroof assembly with a used one I got out of a Pull-A-Part car and all is well.

My sunroof broke at the two "arms" that ace is referring to. I got new arms from a junkyard for free. (if it fits in your pocket it's free)

Took the whole sunroof assembly out, disassembled it and replaced the sliding arms. I lubed the f--k out of every moving part on it, and it works great.

one reason why it might leak water into the car is because of the drain holes. at the time i didnt have the sunroof seal. my passenger seat would always be soaked. so i took the whole sunroof assembly down and clean the drains. full of dirt. i say, try watering it down once in a while... wash out the dirt. after i did that, never got rain in my car again... then few weaks later i finally bought a sunroof seal.
