My stock project with a Q

Well I can safely say that removing the emissions and altering the intake the way I did was the best, and possibly the worst thing I could ever do to my car.

It was the worst becuase all those ports and holes and **** that I sealed up with grub plugs and JB weld, have vac leaks somewhere. I also removed the 5/6th ports and actuators and plugged them up with grub plugs and JB weld, along with other miscellanious vacuum nipples etc. I basically pulled the vac nipples etc out with pliers and tapped the holes and put the plugs in with JB weld for a cleaner look. Doing that though, im sure theres leaks all over the place as my car still won't hold an idle.
It was the BEST thing becuase its taught me exactly how the emissions systems works on the S4 NA, and im 90% confident that I can put it all back to stock with everything that came stock in the car (emission related) and have it fully functional.

So heres my plan. Im going to get my hands on all the S4 manifolds again with all the components that I trashed during my emission removal process.
Im going to powdercoat and restore

ACV
EGR
BAC
TB
UIM/LIM
Injector Rails
Rats Nest

And it will be fully functional. Im gonna use a silver/blue color code for it all, where the manifolds and TB core will be silver, and all accessories that attach to it will be Blue. I will also get my hands on the stock air box and ducting system, it will look fully stock.
There are a few things that I will not keep stock though, and this is where the question comes into play.

Im going to order the FD water pump/housing and get myself some stock FD pullies for the serpentine usage. This means that I will have to go with the E-fan (already have it) instead of the stock fan clutch, and heres my question
Will the stock FD air pump be needed with its pullies for this setup? Or can I use a stock FC airpump and put a stock FD pully on it? Does the stock FD airpump work the same way as the FC one? I recall seeing a wiring harness attachment for the FD airpump, and was wondering if that controlls something, or is it just for monitoring?

The exhaust system im going to keep. Im gonna powdercoat and get a new heatshield for my stock exhaust manifold, and get a 2.5" downpipe instead of this retarded 3" wich is a real bitch to fit, let alone cure exhaust leaks. Even though I want to keep the presilencer etc, and don't need the acv unless I have cats, I want it functional in case I sell the car the future owner has the ability to add cats and not worry about them overheating.

Any comments or suggestions? The main reason im doing this is primarily for re-sale value and drivability, and functionality. Do you guys think I should powdercoat everything, do you think I should keep the standard FC waterpump housing with V-belts? tell me what you all think and give me some input.
