my secondary injectors dont seem to fire at all!!!
I just converted to a series 5 fuel rail and i drove it around to find that my secondaries dont seem to fire at all. at exactly 3800 it does the hesitation thing really bad and then it keeps it up all the way to redline. it just jumps back and forth and is undrivable past 3800. i looked in the archives but didnt find anything that really answered my problem.
the only things i can think of are loose connections. i am stumped. what do you guys think? since it sort of lurches back and forth could that mean that only 1 of the injectors is messed up

Have you ever had your injectors cleaned and balanced? How many miles on the old ones? You can have them cleaned and balance for about 24.00 apiece. The secondaries are a sinch to pull. RC Engineering does a great job and has a 3 day turn around. Gary

If you are reusing your old injectors, I doubt that the problem is from your injectors unless you messed up during instalaltion.
I just went thru the same experience. Check, check, and triple check all Vacuum lines. Remember the 3 small lines in fron and 3 pointing towards the firewall...How about the lines to and from the BAC? What about the BOV and intercooler?

I'd put a meter on each secondary wire at each secondary plug, and massage the harness looking for an interruption of voltage or continuity whichever way you wish to go. I don't see what year car you have so you can figure which best for yourself. Just saying that you should check out the harness of intermittant opens or shorts.
