You might have a faulty S-AFC. Try reconnecting the S-AFC and make absolutly sure all the connections are tight and proper. Check the voltage as you do so, that way you can determine which wire is causing the problem. If you have already done this a faulty S-AFC is probaly your culprit.

Hmmm I cant remember off hand what colour wires go wear. But if you get ahold of the factory service manual it will describe what each wire to the ECU is for, then with the manual for the SAFC you can check to make sure you have the right connections.
try www.Iluvmyrx7.com for the service manual.
When I have heard of problems with the S-AFC it's usually in its operation and the car is able to start. I think if you get all the right wires in the right places and get good connections it should be able to start.
I am at school right now but will try and post what wires go where when I get home and have alook at the car.
