The minute I looked at cork sports mufflers..... with the cork sport emblem tack weled onto the cans... I knew they were junk.. just some no-name mufflers with the CS emblem slapped on and the price quadrupled.....
I'll stick with my racing beats

madzadude: In order to get flames, you'll have to remove the cats and put a straight pipe through. Be sure you know your emission laws there in Canada...

I live in the city near Cote de Neige. But will those exhaust inserst restrict flames Or no? I heard that flames occur in the mufflers due to all of the unburnt fuel being pushed out by the engine meets with the oxygen and explodes. I dunno correct me if im wrong.
I want to get the Bonez race pipe from rx7.com and put that exhaust insert to deaden the sound.
Oh and those pics were taken in the west island near pierfonds.

I'd make a pipe if i were you no need to buy a pipe like that in my opinion it's much cheaper just to buy some pipe, thats what i did 2.5 inch from the stock header back to racing beat cat back. gotta love those rb mufflers

I'm of the opinion that putting one of those baffles into the pipe would be more trouble than it's worth. If you want flames and a nice exhaust tone - IMHO there's only one way to go. Loose the cats and get a Racing Beat downpipe and presilencer. They are some of the best quality pieces I've seen, they deaden the noise significantly, but remain freeflowing.
