Thank you

Unfortunately Rota only makes these rims in 16x7.. I REALLY wanted 16x8 but oh well.. I had to compromise…

It seems unless you want to spend phat cash for some super nice rims most companies make stuff Honda "safe" now..

Oh yeah and they are pretty light at 16.6 lbs each

Isn't dub for "W" as in Wheel

I have heard peeps call all rims/tires dubs before I have not seen where dub equals 20 exclusively but it's possible.

rota makes a 17 x 7.5'' wheel, but no 8 inch wide wheels.

As of now I'm still thinking GT/cobra wheels when I get some new wheels.

dub is a term used for $20 so it transgers over to 20 inch rims.

Pronounce it Double U it's the dub in double U

Another thing that comes to mind is Jay Dub is the nickname for Jason Wiliams of former Sacramento Kings fame :-)

Dude I think I saw that car driving around Sunrise in Citrus Heights the other day. Its kinda rare to see an FC around here in decent condition, so it stuck in my mind.

Naw man the rubber I have is shwab.. BUT considering I only paid $20.00 for the tires from styk33 It's all good until I get my Yokohama AVS ES100s in about 5 months or so when these wear down.

Let me know Kev! When you wanna kick it? I am free most of the time nowadays since I kicked the woman to the curb.

And thanks for the compliment but your GTUs is still top dawg.

Oh I decided against a Sparco wheel.. I went with a Momo Race and hopefully I'll get it pretty damn soon :-)

To fix up the misconcetion

dub is bud backwards, the most common amount sold is an 1/8 ounce which is $20 on the street, so people always ask for a dub sack which is a 20 sack, whenever you here a rapper say he's rollin' on dubs, it means 20s, like dub-4s would be 24s and if you pick up the magazine dubs, all the rims are 20's and up. Just for anyone that didn't know :-)

they look pretty damn good!! what kinda tires you runnin? that color looks nice across the blue of the car (which is generally not a great color for the FC)...the gunmetal makes that blue a cool color...same w peopole who have black GXL wheels (a couple on the forums w them on blue cars). what kinda suspension do you have, the car looks a tad lower. I'd suggest 2 things since your 7 seems real clean for a stock stock car...TII mirrors (easy to find, cheap to paint) and S5 tails...the black mirrors stand out WAY to much on the lighter FC's. F-dubs, no business on an FC...even 18's are a tad big (though CYM's car is simply EVIL w/ the black 18X9's). Once I turbo (soon soon soon I hope) I'd like to get gold Volk RG's...17X8 F, 17X9 R.

Thank you.. Man why you want me to tell all what kind of ghetto *** tires I am running on there.. They say Grand Spirit Aqua Flow on them.. don't know anything about them.. like I said I got the tires for $20.00 and I am so cheap that I figured I would use these until they wear out and then get some decent rubber. These tires kinda suck thou.. they don't grip well.

I am running KYB AGX and I don't know what kind of springs they are.. I bought the AGX and the springs from the guy I bought the car from. He said the springs were some Japanese brand but he could not remember the name.

I am looking for some nice TII mirrors and maybe some S5 lights but that's $200.00 just for the lights and I would rather spend that on other things like a new ACT clutch and Aluminum flywheel... plus I wanna rebuild the tranny.. and then there is the pinapple racing rebuild I would like to get

Artic silver seems kinda rare as I don't see many so it's strange when I see some pics of another FC in my color it kinda trips me out.. I think.. hey that's MY color
