my n/a supercharging project complete

was there ever a write-up on this?
That zbrown guy could probably have made some dough patenting the exact bracket shape or something along those lines...
has this been disproved yet? has it been shown worthwhile? Has it blwon up any engines, or anything along those lines?

If you're using the same charger, it'll be a waste of time.
And, unless you relocate the throttle body to BEFORE the supercharger, and install a proper bypass, it'll be horribly inefficient. The cost of doing all of this makes supercharging pretty much worthless.

Don't make me stab you.
For the really retarded people who are going to believe the above:
A turbo isn't producing drag at idle, nor is it trying to compress everything it can get it's hand on. Thus, why a turbo doesn't require a bypass valve at idle/cruise.
Putting a supercharger (short of a centrifugal), BEFORE your TB is just retarded.

Could always put a vacuum activated valve in front of the charger instead of the throttle body. *grin*
har.. another bump

The charger will displace X ammount of air, that air would then leak out of your vacuum activated valve, and bleed back off infront of the charger itself since the engine can't use that much (neither will your throttle plates allow that much to flow through it), not exactly a good idea. There's no restriction in that setup, the charger is free to draw in as much air as it can, then compress/displace it. The only proper way to setup a positive displacement is AFTER the throttle body, so that it has a LIMITED supply of air under idle/cruise and not constantly trying to displace such a high volume when the engine doesn't need it.
I'm done trying to provide useful information in this thread, it's pointless. The retards will come in here, read all of the sarcastic rebuttles just to keep the thing alive, think it's true, and go attempt to do it in the most retarded way imaginable. Though, the least you people could do to bump this thread is come up with something that's not completely retarded and poorly thought out

Seriously are you people that ignorant(sp)? This is not a tough concept to grasp, it's simple logic, common sense .. I don't understand how some people can be so stupid.
