I just bought some S4 550cc injectors with the offset notch and read that by filing down the notch they will fit the connectors with the centered notch. By doing this will they still clip on, or are they just going to slip on and not be secured? Thanks!

isnt it in the center of the plug that the notch gets filed down?? man..its been so long i can remember. i did this and they clipped/worked fine !!

 

Yes if the injectors have the tap on each end. The taps on each side of the injector snap in and clips

 

So far I've been unable to source the offset notch plugs.

I just file the bump on the injector down.
