To burp the radiator, take the cap off and start the car. bubbles should come up in incroments and can take up to 15mins.
If your coolant seal is blown, you will see a CONSTANT STEADY stream of bubbles. It will also run hot all the time. Plus you will loose coolant, maybe have white smoke, and wont have a leak(assuming you have a newer coolant system, judging by the radiator) if your coolant seal is blown.
To me it sounds like your thermostat. Its located in the thermostat housing atop the water pump where the upper rad hose connects to.
I believe i posted this on the other thread also.

ryan 123 .. thanks.. what im going to do is re-due the test after letting it run for a bout 15 with the cab off .. on another not .. looking at the vids i posted.. when the car is idle'ing without any pressure on the pedal i didnt notice a steady stream of bubbles but when i step on the pedal you can see the steady stream of bubbles .. also the car doesn't run hot at all times..usually after a normal (jerz) amount of stop and go traffic .. im going to post vids after the burp.. now im hoping its the thermostat .. would it be better to let it free flow or get a new therm. and gasget and see what happens? thanks again!
