My Interior Work Of Art!

I'm just your average joe when it comes to upolstry expertise, but while doing my interior converion to BLACK using upolstry paint, check out the before and after shots of my door panels! My car is white outside - notice the new WHITE leather door panels!!! and fresh black carpet on the bottom of the door. The black paint is great as well, used in on my dash and all other panels.

I did all of this work myself!

One of the shots is the before shot oviosly... I will post some more interior pics once the project is totally finished.

Looks good from here : ) What kind of interior paint were you using? Are you doing all of your blue interior with the same kind of paint?

How much you want for the center bin? Mines in several pieces.

- Got the carpet for the doors from just the local carpet shop.. Really cheap
- Just using 'plasti-Kote' gloss black vinyl paint, also found at your local auto store.

- I painted all panels including the dash, so im sorry sideways7 but the center bin is not for sale as I painted it BLACK and it looks good as new.

This project was a ton of work, but totally worth it. I even sprayed the headliner black!

All i am waiting for is my re-done leather seats (Black with White Stitching) and the floor carpeting (done by the local college upolstry program)

Im just gonna have to pay for material only on the carpeting.. Should be real cheap - theyll do all the soundproofing and custom cutting! Free labour cause the students need cars to work on for their curiculum.

that's awesome... I'd love to see really detailed shots of it all after it's done... I'm wanting an all black interior and I'm thinking about spraying it all... I've always worried about the outcome, chipping, and flaking, however. I think you should do a really big "archiveable" writeup on it all with really great pictures! : ) hahaha (seriously)
