On the auto transmission there is a vacuum hose that ran to the Vacuum Modulator. What did you do to this hose?

First off, please use proper grammar. it get hard wen ppl all tipe netspk online u hav qwerty kboard us it

Second, is the car a S4 or S5? (86-88, or 89-91), because that may eliminate the possibility of limp mode, which is unique to the S5+ cars.

Do your reverse lights illuminate when you put the car in reverse?

I know that sounds like a cheesey question, but I'm wondering if maybe your reverse sensor and neutral sensor wiring may have gotten mixed up.

I vote for possibly clogged cats.

Depending on how clogged they may be, they will produce the same symptoms. Does it feel like it hits a wall at 4k or more like it struggles to get to 4k?

Did you perform the transmission swap? And during the swap was the ground wire to the auto transmission refastened to the manual replacement?

S4's don't have an additional AT-ECU found in S5's. And the car does not use the secondary injectors while in neutral and not under load so you won't sense the problem in that situation unless you trick the car into thinking it's under load.

Carefully disconnect the vacuum hose to the Pressure sensor followed by capping the hose followed by unplugging the TPS and take the car for a ride and see if you can get the rpm over the 4000 mark on a rev such as taking it from the 3000 level to beyond.
