my exhaust setup kind of sucks i think, (dual2.5") input?
i have a stage 2 streetport with intake...i changed my exhaust setup, its completely open with a catback with 2.5" on each pipe, im pretty sure this sucks because the idle kind of staggers a little bit, not so much that it almost stalls, just a little shakey. Im guessing it has to do with lack of back pressure?
And i bought some greddy evo style mufflers from Ebay (yeah yeah..) and they were really quiet at first, especially after using N1's, but the gradually got louder... is it possible that i burned all the insulation out of the mufflers?
Anyways, thanks

rotary heat ate your mufflers.
a streetport if it's big will have a little lope to it, you know.
have you tried just adjusting your idle up a little? I don't think backpressure affects idle that much, it should idle if you take the manifold off, in theory (Hey, Kevin Landers has done it...)
