My engine setup....

I know theres alot of people with this set up....and I'm very curious to power numbers and 1/4 times with the setup.

86 GXl

-Rebuilt Pineapple motor
-Their large street port
-Ported intake manifolds
-RB header
-RB pre-silecner
-2.5 piping to a free flowing muffler
-K&N filter w/cold air box
-Thinking about doing TB mod
-Clutchmaster stage I clutch and PP
-No p/s, a/c, air pump, egr
-Going to run pre-mix too and block off OMP

Anyone with the similiar set-up that can give me 1/4 mile times dyno...or even what the motor feels like would work. I'd much rather go over to the dark side...but thats not an option for me right now. Later...a turbo motor is defintely in my future. So please, no turbo suggestions...I know after a year...I'll be craving more power...and I'm sure I wont make big HP numbers..and I'm not goin to think I will only to head to the dyno and be dissapointed...

Thanks.

Well I can tell you a little about my setup and maybe this will help. Granted I have never taken it to a drag strip, but I have run against my friend in his B16a powered 91 Civic Hb..He has a Spoon Ecu, Exhaust, Headers and Cold air intake..He ran a 8 flat in the 1/8th..I pulled up along side of him and we raced from a stop..1, and 2nd I smoke him, 2 car lengths..3rd he started pulling then he pasted me through 4th..I have a slipping clutch, needs to be replaced..I have basically the same mods you do..I don't have a rebuilt motor or streetport or header. I have all the things that you do blocked off..Ps, Ac, Air pump removed..I ran him on a stock clutch. I did do the Throttle body mod and would recommend it highly..I noticed a great difference in 1st and 2nd..Do the TB mod..I bet with my next addition, A fresh rebuild and streetport, I should be able to beat him in the 1/8th seeing that you only use like 1st and second gear. Maybe a little of third..I am shooting for Sub 8 second 1/8th mile runs..I mean. I had him through 1st and 2nd..I should be able to beat him in the 1/8th..That would put me in the high 7 second 1/8th mile..I would hope so anyway..Well that is what I have to say.You wanna talk more Pm Me...

I'd guess around 13.90 - 14.60 for a 1/4 mile ET depending on your weight (and your cars!! ), how well you drive it, state of tune, etc.
