Finally got around to watching the videos. Sounds good, and I like the smoke rings from the exhuast. I'm surprised it ran so well on the "base" map. Based on the blurry laptop images, you have EGO correction enabled?
It's so nice when they start up after a long project...

coldfire - Thanks, I can't wait to see what this does either
diabolical1 - Much appreciated, I do my best to pay attention to details.
HellPhyre - Thank you much, and like I said, UNFORTUNATELY it is louder in real life The mic on the camera got maxed out and it lost some dB. I've been thinking hard, and I'm going to be redoing the exhaust most likely. Besides, I need 3" exhaust with the porting I have, 2.5" isn't going to cut it.
tekwiz99 - If you're leaking coolant out of the front cover, it's likely not from the front cover... Check your waterpump housing. Probably don't have to overhaul.
Aaron Cake - Thanks man, I appreciate the kind words The base map wasn't really a true base I guess you could say. It was taken from a contact of mine (muythaibxr) that has it on a running s5 currently. After that, I tweaked some things for my purposes and changed a few details, but generally left it normal. I was happy at how well it idled with his map, hopefully this makes the fine tuning even easier EGO correction is enabled, but currently it's set up for ignition pulses, I need to set it up for mSec and tune everything better.
swanton187 - Me either! Of course, if my power goes to hell at like 9500 I will not be going to 10k... Once break-in is done I'll be doing some street tuning to 7k, then street tuning to 8k, then street tuning to 8500, then I'll hit the dyno to finish the rest off. Redline is planned for 10,000 but we'll see what I really land on. The true redline will be the last point less than or equal to 10,000 where useable power is still being made. I may have to go with a better manifold setup, but I'm hoping what I have now will be sufficient.
Parastie - Long answer short, vaseline Vaseline can be substituted for "normal" assembly lube. During the initial idle break-in, and sometimes a few miles afterwards, it'll be burning all of this lube off.
vipers - Thanks, hopefully it'll last long, only time will tell
Thanks to all for the kind words, beginning either tomorrow afternoon or Thursday I'll be trying to work out some of the bugs and get it running better. I still need to clean up the harness and put the passenger side kick panel/wiring back together. For the idle **** was just wherever it was last used, so I have some organizing to do

Tue afternoon or Thur I'll work on it next most likely. But it's supposed to start snowing, so who knows when I'll actually try to drive it. My tires are Eagel F1 GS-D3's, they don't cooperate with snow very well

Wheels are Primax 684's or something, 16x7 5 spoke with Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires.
Exhaust is RB header to borla xr1 midpipe (2.5" in/out) and CS 2.5" to 3" catback.
I need 3" exhaust, though, so I'll have to change it again (even though I just did change it for this setup). I have some ideas in the works for the 3" exhaust, should be neat, but it's going to be performance oriented and not for looks at all.

Dyno numbers first
Like I said, I didn't really wanna go fully in depth of the direction I took until break-in was over, the car was tuned, and I could get some dyno numbers.

Yes indeedy it is, along with my RB header and borla xr-1. I'm thinking of chopping off the 2.5" taper and welding on 3" pipe/flange so I can keep it with my 3" setup.
