My ECU is toast (pics)

I have been having trouble with my car. I did some research and trouble shooting and even some and couldn't come up with an explanation. I took the ECU out and opened it up. I noticed the burnt, melted solder on the back of the circuit card, and when I turned it over I saw that one of the blue resistors is not brown and blue.

car will start and idle, but if I press the gas pedal, it will not rev up. YES the throttle cable is hooked up.

Oh. I've had that problem. Drove the car to the store. Came out of the store to go home. Car started. Pressed the pedal. No reaction. Looked and saw the cable had not fallen off. Puzzled. Pulled the tps plug apart. Drove home. TPS was stuck/broken.....cause the fuel to be cut off when moved.

Put it all back together. Do as above...except you don't have to drive to the store. Just pull the tps plug APART.

And the lack of blueness on the resistor might mean/not mean something. It could just be related to something like the output to the Relief or Switching solenoid, something one would not notice in daily driving.
