my car won't turn over. when i turn the key to the ON position the lights on the clock doesn't turn ON ( engine, coolant etc...). The soleniod don't click either. The ground on the engine is connected. Have new starter and new spark plugs. And you know when you turn the key the ON postion I can't even hear my walbro feul pump working. what do you guys think is the problem.

that is a rare one, but do check it

 

I'd also check the cables for the battery that they are properly connected and there isn't too much corrosion. Is the other end still connected to their proper place on the car?
