my car wont f**king move..

this problem has occured a cpl of times but i ignored and never remedy the situation. but i should since my car is just sitting on the driveway in the f**ing cold waiting to rust. lols. damn frisco weather.

anyways my problem is that my car hesitates to get off or something is not connecting. dunno how to describe it but i'll try to the best i can. my cars intake sounds like its bogging, like its choking for air. even at WOT my car doesnt want to move. the rpm jumps to 3k but always drops back down to 2k. it keeps repeating this no matter what kind of throttle input. i was thinking this was a drivetrain problem but even when i lift the throttle switch it would keep doing the same thing in neutral? wtf is this!???
i want to bring my car on the road but scared this **** myte happen in the middle of the freeway. cant get anwhere when this happens.

sound like my **** fork assembly in my tranny sounds loose or something sound broken in my tranny assembly. everytime i switch gears i hear a rough clunk. maybe after i switch my tranny fluid i could see some notable improvement.

sorry for the long draft and if i didnt explain my problem thorougly enough. but ur suggestions or hints about the proble or how to fix it will be helpful. thanks in advance.

Badly clogged air filter? Badly clogged cats? Badly clogged fuel filter? Clogged injectors?

Does it always do this, or just on occasion?

The dropping in RPM from 3-2 sounds like a tps issue. If your tps is messed, I mean really messed, it can effect engine performance greatly. Other than that maybe its not getting adequate fuel, as in a bad fuel pump or something. So many things to check to tell you the truth.

Is it when you are driving do you just lose power and cant go anywhere ? If so this happen on my first gen and it was a bad fuel pump. I would just be driving along and all of a sudden i the rpm would start to drop and i would put the paddle to the floor and it wouldnt go and i would get stuck in the middle of the road. I would have to get to the side of the road for like 5 min and then i could go again. Changed it to a 72gal hour pump and she hauls *** now.

I might be way off here tho. check all the things said above. Also i would check the tps i have had to change them on my second gen.
