the smoke either seems whit or blue, seems that it might be bad coolant seal or oil seal. does the exhaust smell sweet? like burning coolant or like burning oil, or does it smell like raw gas?

ok, there's definately too much oil in your combustion chambers. Its not water, ive had water.. its white smoke and steam.

ok, its either

1. Too much oil being metered in by oil metering pump....

or

2. You need new oil control rings/seals/springs.

#1 is easy to diagnose and fix(look in your repair manual for testing procedure), #2 requires a rebuild.
