My brake light is retarded

Someone pulled my ebrake up really really high the a couple of days ago and after i released it I started to drive around and noticed my brake light was on. I checked my brake fluid and it is still full. It sometimes goes away for maybe 10 minutes and comes back on. Any help? Thank you.

Mighta messed up the sensor (or whatever it's called) on your e-brake. Take it off and check it.

I think he's talking about the light on the idiot cluster. I hate it when people who drive my car pull the E brake up really hard. That's why I leave it in gear...

Hey pimpdaddy, maybe you have heard of Winder, GA?

Lol, yeah. The only person that drives my car is the guy that does the inspection. I always get a kick out of it cause they kill it at least 3 times before they leave the parking lot. That and them trying to figure out why it wont start (gotta love the fuel kill switch.)
