Angry My Baaaby!!!!

Let me start off by saying I HATE MITSU ECLIPSE'S NOW. So my day starts off good enough, I get off work and go home, do some laundry, etc. Then I go to the mazda stealership and ask them to fix my driver's side seatbelt under the recall. They say they cant get to it until next week... Then I go get waxing supplies for ma car and I wash her, I'm on my way home and I merge onto I-65 South. I'm cruising in the middle lane minding my own business when i see a miata (modded) and an eclipse merge onto 65. I pass them seeing as how they are still merging. I'm still in the middle lane when the miata goes by me in the right lane and then the eclipse decides to merge into MY lane right where I am! WTF! I see him when he's like inches from the rex and i swerve to avoid him. Being that my tires were wet from the recent wash I um yea how do i say this LOST ALL ******* CONTROL! And did a 180 @ 60mph and slid into the concrete median !!!!!! Luckily I was uninjured, and the car was still running. I got out mad as F#*@! Yellin and stuff about how ive only had her 3 weeks. The eclipse is parked by the median about 100-150yds down and he's walkin this way and i'm still INFURIATED. I get on the phone to call the po-po's and he's on the phone with someone so before i get a chance to ask him his name or anything he starts walking off, and i ask "WHERE ARE YOU GOIN???" He says "I'll be right back", me: "YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DRIVE OFF RIGHT!?!", him: "No". I figure he's going to get insurance info or some **** and b4 i know it he's taking off!!! So of course i pass this to the police, even though i didnt get his tag because he was too far away. The cops said that since he didnt actually hit me he's not at fault and i'm a shitty driver because i lost control of my car??? MMkay whatever. Well i'm still waiting to hear from the insurance company and i've got to get quotes, but I would guess the damage is somewhere in the 3000 dollar range. The pass rear is smashed in from the rear of the fender-well to the license plate but the hatch seems to be intact, I'll take pics tomorrow. I guess the good thing is she still drives and the only thing i see wrong is the rear shock is misaligned and my muffler is smashed so i smell her sweet perfume more than usual. Anyways, i just thought i'd share my experience.

DSM PWR BABY

I know it sounds rediculous but you shoulda let the DSM hit you. Then his insurance would be coughing up the cash. Sorry to hear about your car tho

travel that road around the same time the accident occured...should be able to spot him in a week. sort of like how a cop sits by the road witht he speed trap. then follow him home and spray paint remover on his car hehe or whatever...spell out some nice words on his car with the spray paint remover.
