ok u all know i have been having this idling problem when the car warms up. i went to check the battery just in case, it came out ok. so i start up the car agian and after it starts warming up the idle slowly goes down till it stalls. the lights dim and if i turn anything on in the car the idle gets worse. and if i keep starting the car it gets harder and harder to start!
suspect the damn ALTERNATOR!

 

Then check it.

 

Voltmeter will easily diagnose this problem.
Else, lots of the major auto parts chain stores will do "free" alternator checks if you bring the unit down to them...
