Did the horn beep or did it just go on and stay on? If the hazards and horn came on, my first guess would be the factory alarm was malfunctioning.

I SEARCHED "Factory alarm fix" for you... And came up with:

(Read it all, but pay attention to Icemark's posts.)

To disable the alarm depends on whether the car is an S4 or S5. I looked at your profile to ascertain which you have and it indicated the S4. You could disconnect the plug to the alarm control unit which is located just to the left of the right side front speaker.

I think i found the problem but i cant upload the video. I found a black box on the drivers side next to the fuses that makes a chirping sound. It says cpu on the box i think thats the problem cause when i disconnect it the problems go away

By removing the largest plug to the CPU you will lose the horn, alternator warning capability and other features as well.
