I would have some time that Saturday.

Just PM me if you want....
Sounds great, I am only blocks off of US-23 halfway between Brighton and Flint. Send me a PM when you know for sure that you are coming through that way.

here u go JonEQuest,

sorry for the big pics, only ones i have on here..... i hate the wing i had taken it off but the trunk was damaged under where the wing was mounted, so i put it back on, it a scorpio(sp?) wing, the way the bottom is made ,is the reason y it dosen't look like it sits right one the car right. i live in lafourche parish, about 30 min away from Grand Isle (if u know where that is), r about 1 1/2 - 2 hours to NO.

-Shawn (i don't mean to take over the tread, but it is a vert, and kinda on the subject)

btw, u can also see one of the 3 tears in the top

That was not me, my vert. has been in my garage getting a new top and in my freinds body shop the past month waiting for him to finish helping me with a corksport body kit. It is red like 90% of them but I am thinking of silver or something cool and different when I paint it. Plus I am working on taillights and trying to duplicate that expensive projection headlight kit from Japan. within another month or so I should be ready for some lakefront cruising though and will be noticed for sure. I hope to see you there.

John

Sweet deal! I'd have laughed to myself the whole way home...

I just opened up online registration/payment for the RX7 Revolution event, hope I see all you fellow vert owners there.

Deal Deal Deal

Thats a sweet deal, especially the guy with the free one, I thought I was lucky. I got my first 7 for $125 a while back. It sat at this ladies house forever and I finally asked her what she wanted for it (she was a friend of the family). At first she said she didn't want to get rid of it, then like 2 days later she calls me back and said 150 as is, so I asked 125 (all I had in my pocket) since it didn't run, sure enough she did it. Funny thing was that the only reason it didn't run was that the exhaust was FULL of crap from front to back, cleaned it all out and replaced some stuff and there it ran for about an hour. Then the motor came out and I put in the other project I was building at the time, a 400+hp small block v8. I know that is like death to many of you but hey, I like rotaries too, I am in the process of working out a 3rd gen tt into a miata that had an unfortunate engine fire ($800).

LOL....Its funny when you buy a car off some one for pennies. They don't understand why it doesn't work and sell it when all it needed was a vaccum line.

Still, it was free... I think last I checked blue book on a 91 vert with high miles was still around $4300 in my area.
