My $600 vert... turbo...

I just bought another vert on the 6 of dec.. I was in the process of parting out my other vert when I found a pretty awesome deal.... This 91 red vert, with a perfect top and a blown engine. I bought it off a forum member. I quickly did my turbo swap onto it and started driving it. All I can say is that, if you want to avoid problems and frustration, DO NOT USE THE N/A S5 Ecu. I have no choice though since I had just sold my microtech. I know that when I had ran it on the n338 ecu on my old vert, the engine ran perfect. Well anyways here are some pics...

Wow... That's a deal if I ever saw one. Looks pretty straight and the top is in good condition.

Wish I had the money when deals like this pop-up in front of me.

yea, the top was in good condition. The interior wasnt in that good of a shape, but nothing a lil cleaning and my old seats wont fix. Plus I still need a couple interior pieces. The top has the motor disconnected but it works, just gotta attach it to the top. The a/c works surprisingly.

nice vert, for 600 ain't bad at all. I mysife just picked up a 87 TII for 250 cause the owner couldn't get it running right, it helps if you plug the AFM in!

Good deals!!!!! I just bought an 87 TII for a donor for my 88 vert purchased one year ago for $350.00 off the original owner. It sat in his driveway for over a year because the local Mazda dealer said it had a bad engine. Got it home, put in new fuel, battery, and sparkplugs.... Started right up!!! Put about 4000 miles on it this summer and is still running good. Hope to do the full turbo swap sometime next winter. Want to have the TII engine rebuilt this summer.

That 's a good looking 91 vert!!!!

Yea, the original engine was bad. IT had no compression on the rear rotor but it had 3 chugs when I pulled the spark plugs and spun the motor.... I want to take it apart, but I cant do anymore rebuilds here at my house.... I gotta wait to rent out a bay.

I'm not parting out any car. ITs just that I was about to and found this one, but The motor that was in the 91 is being rebuilt and put in my 88. You can a latch from any fc doesnt have to be convertable....

Look in the FS section.... I found mine there... Another thing you can do is to keep your eyes open for them in the street... Im pretty sure that if you go to house and they are older people, more than likely they'll want to get rid of it for a cheap price...

Yes .. thats my old vert. . . . I am very glad to see what u did with it man.
Like i said earlier, i didnt really want to sell it to anyone that wasnt going to do something nice with it.

It has lots of new parts.
and i hated to have to get rid of it, but when ur 19, and dump all the money u can into something like that, and then ur broke...
theres no other choice
i loved that car, but damn it was a pit for me.
and i didnt have the income to keep it running.

well im glad to see what u have done with it
and i hope it works out well for you
but i still have my 1st gen. and it suits me just fine

again i give u props
and good luck
