My $305 black interior conversion

I've been working on my interior lately as I wanted a black one instead of grey. I realized it would be hard, and expensive, to buy the dash and all necessary panels in black. So, I decided to dye my whole dash and all panels black instead of buying new ones. List of prices:

Front carpet brand new never used (no holes even cut yet) = 65 shipped
Rear carpet and strut tower covers = 100 shipped
Headliner/sun visors/center console = 40 shipped
2 Black S5 door panels = 90 shipped
Black Dye = 10
Total = 305

I was very happy with that price and the outcome. I already had black racing seats so I didn't need new ones, thankfully. I was very happy with the quality of carpet I got, the front never being used and the rear in prestine condition. It took me and my friend a while to rip the entire interior apart, put in the carpet, cut all the holes for various things, dye all the panels, reinstall, etc, but it was worth it IMO.

I took a few pics for now but it was EXTREMELY bright outside when taking them so they didn't turn out that great. Since it was so bright I only took 4 for now. Couple notes, yes I know I am missing my shifter boot currently you dont need to tell me. I ordered a new shifter boot and E-brake boot and am waiting on them. Also, it's a little dirty in the front and rear carpet since I haven't had a chance to clean it that well since I finished. Oh and some things, like my seats , turned out "not so black" because of the bright *** sun, but oh well I'll get some better pictures later. Enjoy and comments/questions are welcome

Thanks. The dye covered up the color completely really fast and easily. Most parts only needed 2-3 coats. The dash took a while because of how big and curvy it is.

Yes I certainly do

And thanks, I definitely think the black interior is 100000000x better than grey. Grey is alright, but black is sexy

I was hoping this would give more people the chance and possibility for a cheaper black interior.

He should only get harnesses if he gets a roll cage.

The plans are to eventually get a roll cage of some sort along with harnesses. Also, I don't have auto seatbelts
